2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible in our store. We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor will be exact.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices shown include VAT where applicable.

4. SHIPPING

The estimated shipping time is 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.

5. RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the file has been downloaded or made available for download.

Our products consist of digital files (including 3D models, CAD files, STL files, and related formats) that can be accessed and used immediately after purchase. For this reason, once the download process has been completed, the purchase is considered final and is not eligible for a refund.

If the purchased file has a technical issue, is corrupted, damaged, or does not match the product description, the customer must contact our support team within [X days] of purchase and provide details about the issue. We will review the case and, when applicable, provide a solution such as a replacement file or an updated version of the product.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Successfully completed downloads.
Compatibility issues with software, machines, or equipment not specified in the product description.

Change of mind after purchase.

We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, available file formats, and requirements before completing your purchase.
